A Muse Studio Consultant Recipe Swap 2013

After an amazing Calendar Swap (posted here) last year, I was excited to host a Recipe Swap among the talented Creative Consultants of A Muse Studio.

Yet again, I am truly impressed by the creativity these ladies exhibited on their fantastic recipe pages.  I'm excited to try out these delicious recipes this year.

Without further ado........here are all of the awesome pages:
(My old camera doesn't do justice to the gorgeous pages.  I'm researching cameras right now and hoping to get the perfect camera soon)

My Recipe Page:
I started my page by creating a shell template and hand-cutting the shape out after printing my recipe on Sugar Cardstock.  I sponged the inside of the shell with Shell Ink and the outer edge with Watermelon Ink. The layered base is Ocean and Sky Cardstock.  I used the coral image from the Sea Shells stamp set, but applied Lime Glitter (using a glue pen) to make it look like seaweed.  The sand was torn from Kraft Cardstock that was sponged with French Roast and Toffee Ink.  I couldn't resist the cute tiny crab and sand dollar from the Life's a Breeze set.  Finally, I punched the recipe title with a couple different sized circle punches and sponged them with Sky Ink to make them look like bubbles.

Impressive, right?!?!?!   Thank you to my fellow a|s consultants for joining me on this swap.  Hoping to make this an annual swap so that I can collect more beautiful recipe pages with yummy recipes.

Blessings,
